From I-290
Take the Church St. exit to the center of Northboro (Rt. 20). Turn right (west) on to route 20. Go about a mile. When 20 veers left, go straight, staying on W. Main St. Annie's is in a plaza on the left. If you pass the big chicken in front of Agway you have gone 1 plaza too far so turn around and Annie's will be on your right.
